On booking we ask for a non-returnable deposit of 25%.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged for the first night minus the deposit already paid, unless we are able to re-let the room(s). If you cancel during your stay you will be charged 50% of the first night cancelled.

Please do tell us if you wish to cancel your booking. If we have no warning of a cancellation we will endeavour to re-let the room(s) but reserve the right to charge for the total amount if not successful.

Please let us know of any changes to your booking at least 4 weeks prior to your stay, otherwise the final amount due will be based on the original number of people booked in.

Whilst we will do our best to re-let rooms it is advisable to consider holiday insurance to cover any unexpected change of plan.
